The Code includes information on how to complain including contact points within the organisation. You should always complain to the company before contacting CISAS, giving the company an opportunity to settle your complaint.

If your complaint is not settled within three months of making your first complaint (in the way set out in the Code) then you may contact us, as long as you do so within nine months of first making the complaint.

now broadband is a brand operated by UK Broadband Limited “UK Broadband”. A wireless broadband internet provider based in the UK.

UK Broadband is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCCW Limited, the largest telecoms provider in Hong Kong where its broadband service is provided to over 700,000 customers. UK Broadband owns Public Fixed Wireless Access licenses in the UK enabling it to provide Broadband Internet services to residential consumers and small businesses.

Under the brand now broadband “UK Broadband” provides consumers with a high-speed wireless connection to the internet without the need for a telephone line (ADSL) or a cable TV connection (Cable modem).

Potential customers in its coverage areas can buy wireless broadband, take home a sales pack, power on the now modem and after a simple plug and play installation process, immediately have all the benefits of broadband internet, without the need for any fixed line or cable.
