Customer Relations Manager
IDRS Ltd is a leading dispute resolution and professional services provider.
We serve the following key business sectors:
Consumer redress markets in the UK;
Commercial businesses of any kind, providing conflict avoidance and management services; and
The UK public sector
We have hundreds of corporate clients, from small businesses to FTSE 250 corporates, and we serve thousands of individual users every year, so managing relationships and ensuring top class service provision are important to us.
We want to hear from you now if you are a graduate and have direct experience of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with corporate clients, preferably in either a professional services or consumer facing environment. You must be industrious, innovative and inspiring by nature. You must be a great team worker, used to energising those around you. Ideally, we would like you to have some prior experience of either complaints handling or redress processes. The post holder will report directly to the Managing Director.

The salary for this position will be around £32,000 on starting and we offer a comprehensive benefits package on completion of the probationary period.
